Clear rules for using NexHuddle.

By creating a player-pool profile or submitting a player request, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The player pool is available only to people age 18 or older. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.

NexHuddle provides an independent sports directory, an optional weekly sports digest, and a pilot service for matching interested players with relevant sports opportunities. NexHuddle may review, decline, expire or remove a request or account to protect players, operators and the service.

NexHuddle does not operate, officiate, supervise, insure or control the leagues, teams, facilities or games listed by third parties. Unless NexHuddle states otherwise in writing, it does not collect registration payment, employ captains, verify every user statement, guarantee placement, guarantee attendance, or decide an operator's final roster.

Providers remain responsible for their schedules, prices, eligibility rules, waivers, refunds, safety procedures and operations. You must review the provider's official information before registering, paying or participating. A NexHuddle introduction does not replace a provider's registration, waiver or approval process.

Sports and physical activity involve risks of injury, property loss and interaction with other people. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you and for following facility and provider rules. Seek qualified medical advice when needed. These Terms do not attempt to replace any activity-specific waiver required by the operator.

Player contact details are private by default. A player's interest in an opportunity does not authorize contact disclosure. NexHuddle will request opportunity-specific permission before sharing contact information with an identified verified captain or operator.

If you request a player or receive an authorized introduction, you may use the player's information only to coordinate the identified opportunity. You may not distribute it, publish it, add the player to a marketing list, use it for unrelated recruiting, or continue unrelated contact without separate permission. You must describe the opportunity and eligibility requirements honestly.

You may not impersonate another person, submit a false roster need, scrape or harvest player information, evade access controls, harass users, discriminate unlawfully, upload malicious material, interfere with the service, or use NexHuddle to facilitate illegal or unsafe conduct.

NexHuddle may change, suspend or discontinue pilot features. Listings and opportunities may change after verification. The service is provided on an as-available basis, and NexHuddle does not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular match result.

You are responsible for access to your verified email and account. NexHuddle may pause or terminate access when it reasonably believes these Terms, another person's privacy, or service security is at risk. Users may report suspected misuse through the site's contact form.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NexHuddle is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent providers, captains, facilities or players, or for decisions made after leaving the NexHuddle website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Material changes will receive a new version and effective date. Continued use may require renewed acceptance. The laws applicable in Florida govern these Terms to the extent permitted by law.
