How NexHuddle checks and publishes sports listings
NexHuddle is a Jacksonville sports directory, not a league operator. We collect facts from official provider and registration pages, normalize them for comparison, and send players back to the provider to register.

Primary sources
A listing must trace back to an official provider website, registration platform, facility schedule or government athletics page. Each card links to its source or registration page so a visitor can verify the current terms before paying.
What “open” means
A league appears as joinable only when the provider marks registration open and its published start date, registration deadline and season end date have not passed. NexHuddle stops presenting a season as joinable once play begins unless a future source-backed field explicitly confirms late registration.
Individual and free-agent entry
We say a league accepts solo players when the official registration page offers an individual price or the provider explicitly states that individual players are accepted or placed. We do not assume that acceptance guarantees team placement.
Prices and missing facts
Team prices and individual prices are labeled separately. When a provider does not publish a price, time, level or venue, NexHuddle leaves that field unstated. A missing fact is not filled with an estimate.
Pickup, open play and facility access
Every one-night listing is classified from the official source. Pickup game means a scheduled game is provided. Organized open play means the venue manages rotations or groups. Court or gym access means space may be available, but other players and an open court are not guaranteed. Listings include a source verification date because schedules and access can change. Reservation requirements, costs, age limits and skill descriptions are included only when the source states them.
Tournaments
Tournaments stay separate from recurring leagues and pickup sessions. We include adult events in Jacksonville and nearby First Coast communities when an official organizer, sanctioning body or registration platform confirms the event and date. “Registration open” requires a current entry path and published eligibility details. A confirmed event may appear as “Entry details pending” when its organizer has not yet published enough information to enter. Youth-only events, private invitationals, camps, league playoffs and completed events are excluded.
Corrections
The provider's current registration page is authoritative if it differs from NexHuddle. Providers and players can report a closed registration, changed schedule, wrong price, venue issue or broken link through the public correction form. NexHuddle verifies the report against the official source before changing the directory.
