If a player authorizes an introduction, I will use their contact information only to coordinate the identified sports opportunity. I will not distribute it, add the player to a marketing list, or contact them about unrelated matters without separate permission.

Before you request a player

Should I request a substitute or a season free agent?

Choose a substitute for one specific upcoming game and provide the exact date and playing hours. Choose a free agent for an open season roster spot and provide the usual play day and hours. Include the sport, level, location, fees and any registration or waiver requirements so players can assess the opening.

Is a player or same-day coverage guaranteed?

No. Submitting a request does not guarantee a match, a filled roster spot or player attendance. Players choose whether to respond and accept an offer. Keep your own coverage plans until arrangements are confirmed with the player and your league or provider.

When can I contact an interested player?

Interest alone does not release a player's contact details. If you offer a spot, the player must accept it and separately approve that specific introduction before NexHuddle shares their contact information. Use those details only to coordinate the requested opportunity.

Does a NexHuddle introduction put someone on the official roster?

No. Your league or sports provider decides final roster approval and eligibility. You and the player still need to follow its official registration, payment and waiver requirements before participating. A NexHuddle introduction does not replace that process.
